As Senator, Ryan Fattman will vote to put a photo ID on EBT cards, restrict welfare programs from being used to purchase alcohol, tobacco products, lottery tickets and other lifestyle purchases, require drug testing for recipients, and most importantly require proof of Massachusetts residency and US Citizenship to receive benefits.
